Shipping Policy

You are buying directly from myself,the artist.

Each vessel is first packed in its own hand made, padded ,drawstring

bag. Then foam enlosed in a sturdy casing . It will come from my studio to your home.

All postage is calculated by weight and size at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number via email, once your parcel has been sent. On delivery the package will need to be signed for.

Customers outside the UK

If your parcel is traveling outside the UK, you may be charged tax and a handling charge/customs fee, this can be 19-20%.

I am not responsible for the taxes and charges you may recieve.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.

Please contact me to cancel an order before shipping and I will refund the full ammount.

If the purchase has already been shipped, you must return the item in the same condition you recieved it and in all the original packaging.

Once the item is in my possession, I will issue a refund , but as a small business I cannot refund the postage costs.
